Must be able to work alone and in a team and reliably communicate with chefs and receivers.
Starting at 5AM the delivery driver needs to be able to use the slicer machine and bag and label the bread that the bakers have cooled on the shelves.
The grocery stores require merchandizing but nothing too complicated or involved.
Rotate the old and new bread and record any over dates in a receipt book.
Most of our service involves local restaurants and the racks need to be carried into the walk-in and the bread left where the chefs direct.
