Three Bears is looking to fill several Manager in Training positions.
As a Manager in Training, you will learn the day-to-day tasks of all departments within the store.
In this role, you will become proficient in scheduling, ordering, problem solving and operational procedures within each department.
The Manager in Training will assist the Store Manager in maximizing profitability by managing all aspects of store operations.
Successful candidates will assist with merchandising and inventory, training and development, human resources functions and all other duties as assigned.
Prior supervisory and retail experience is preferred.
Open and flexible availability is needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
