We are looking for our Service Coordinator/Dispatcher; where our ideal candidate will be able to handle heavy calls on a multi-line phone system while providing exceptional customer service to our cherished clients.
Ideally, our chosen candidate will find success in bringing the following skills to this opportunity:
Strong Capacity to Manage Multiple Customer Requests/Needs at one time.
Expert level in Verbal Communication while working with a Ticketing System.
Proficient ability to work among a team and handle diverse personalities.
