Fun Center Assistant Manager

Summary As a representative of Coming Attractions Theatres, Inc.
, management must be knowledgeable of company policy and procedure and be able to implement these effectively.
Management must maintain positive customer and staff relations.
Assistant Managers report to the General Manager of the fun center.
Essential Job Responsibilities Maintains high level of customer satisfaction to meet Coming Attractions Theatres standards.
Responsible for every aspect of fun center operations included but not limited to element operations and maintenance (i.
e.
carts, laser tag, arcade, etc.
), concessions (inventory), maintenance, guest services, redemption, etc.
Ability and willingness to perform all coordinator, crew and janitorial duties.
Maintains facilities that are clean, safe and in good repair.
Perform daily opening and closing operational duties.
Makes accurate bank deposits and is responsible for petty cash.
Responsible for complete and accurate reports.
Makes accurate and detailed incident/accident reports as necessary.
Supervises all coordinators, crew and janitors.
Directing and maintain building security.
Directing disciplinary procedures.
Clearly interfaces with Corporate Office.
Responsible for other duties as assigned by General Manager.
Requirements Knowledge and Skill Requirements Availability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Regular and consistent attendance.
Ability to actively listen.
Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Ability to effectively communicate in and comprehend English.
Speaking to others to convey information effectively.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to perform math calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
Ability to train others.
Ability to obtain a food handlers permit is essential.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical and Environmental Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling and reaching.
Ability to talk, see and hear.
May occasionally be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
