About us:
We specialize in restoring homes and commercial properties after disasters such as fire, wind, earthquake, and water/mold damage.
Our portfolio also includes home improvement, residential and commercial remodels, additions and various services.
We provide emergency services 24/7, requiring a rotational schedule for after-hours availability.
Requirements:
3
years of hands-on construction experience across multiple phases.
Proficiency in demo, framing, finish, flooring, drywall, paint, window & door installation, etc.
Experience in fire & water restoration a plus.
Must have your own tools.
Must reside in Mat-Su area due to on-call rotation.
Ability to follow instructions from Project Leads, Project and Production Managers, and other high-level managers.
Independent work capability and strong teamwork skills.
Leadership and mentoring abilities for lower-level carpenters and laborers.
Commitment to safety, using provided safety equipment.
Must have own tools and an insured vehicle for work.
Current driver license with a good driving record.
Successful completion of post-offer drug screening (heroin, amphetamines, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine) and background screening (no felonies and any misdemeanor convictions must be discussed with Human Resource Director to ensure contract compliance) What We Offer:
