The Communication team provides overall contract support in the areas of reporting, quality control (QC), work product development, and tracking task activities and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Learn the SAMHSA style guide and editing conventions and assist with QC for written deliverables Lead and oversight of all quality assurance and QC requirements and processes Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content Serve as support for information dissemination tasks and guiding, developing, and/or tracking applicable work products Provide support for the development and finalization of developed resources, including fact sheets, work products, presentations, and training and technical assistance materials Serve as support for reporting Record and draft minutes of meetings as requested by Communication Manager Assist with the maintenance of contact lists Send out communications to grantees/team Assist with maintenance of Smartsheet sites Assist with updating content for website Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy documents as required Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation Assist with updates and revisions to technical literature Some travel required, dependent on discussion with supervisor Other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities:
Effective written and verbal communication skills across multiple teams and mediums Excellent analytical skills and high-quality written work including attention to detail, grasp of large conceptual frameworks Ability to summarize and convey information to a variety of audiences Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles to a variety of audiences Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe, Smartsheet, and database management Must be able to favorably complete a background investigation Education and
Experience:
Previous communication experience preferred Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Business Management, or related field preferred Previous work in American Indian/Alaska Native communities highly desired Salary:
$40,000-$50,000 depending on education and experience.
