Responsibilities:
- The safe handling and production of culinary confections in a commercial kitchen setting.
- The safe opereration of culinary tools in a commercial kitchen setting.
- The efficent production of culinary confection in a commercial kitchen setting.
Requirements:
- Current food handlers card.
- History of food production prefered.
- Must be hard working and have strong time management skills.
- Willingness to learn with a positive attitude - Some of the confections require hard physical work, the ability to physcially do the work is a must.
- Must be willing to work weekends and evenings as required.
