MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST Valley Spine & Pain Clinic is looking for a Medical Receptionist.
Seeking a team player to include but not limited to scheduling, entering demographic information, greeting all patients, triaging phone calls, and collecting payments.
This position is very fast paced and you will be busy all day.
Ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, excellent computer skills, and be able to communicate with patients and staff in a professional, courteous manner.
Must be organized, detail oriented, dependable and possess a positive, professional, compassionate attitude.
Must also have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
If you like to stay busy and interact with patients all day while delivering quality service, this is the job for you! Prior medical office experience preferred.
Applicants must pass a background check.
This is a full-time job Monday-Friday, must be able to work 7:
30am -5:
00pm without restrictions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
