## Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Promotes Safety.

Follows all corporate, area, and local policies and procedures in regards to merchandising, sales policies and safety policies.

Reports to the Region Sales Manager.

Manages relationship and profitability of new and existing accounts, increases gas and welding product sales.

Develops new business in the assigned geographical area of responsibility.

Enhances existing business by selling new products or services to existing customers. Develop working relationships with customers in order to maximize opportunities for the company.

Serves as an immediate interface with customers to resolve problems.

Works in conjunction with Sales Manager and Inside Sales to help in achieving sales objectives.

Works with the local OFM to ensure customer requirements are met.

Keeps updated customer base information, competitive accounts information, and prospect portfolio

Prepares and submits reports associated with sales efforts.
General Requirements:Skill Set/Knowledge/Expertise:
Knowledge of the cylinder business, welding, and industrial supply sales.

Experience in welding and 3 + years experience in industrial sales.

Good verbal and written communication skills, focusing on face-to-face customer interaction.

Knowledge of welding and non-welding applications of the products and services provided by Air Liquide

Proven ability to build rapport, sell, and add value to a customer's process.

Computer literate.

Familiar with volume and price conversions.
Physical Requirements:
Requires walking or standing to a significant degree.

Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently.

Requires driving and travel up to 80% of time.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Sales, Welding or Mechanical Engineering and /or three years experience in welding or industrial sales.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
