Job Title: Loan Administrative Assistant II or III
Location: Wasilla, AK
Status: Non-Exempt

Job Duties & Functions:
Loan Admin Assistant II: Provide administrative support in the production and management of loans. Assist in the development of loan authorization to include input of information into various software programs for analyzing financial statements, loan pricing evaluation and loan risk rating analysis. Review loan documents for accuracy and adherence to loan policy and procedure. Set up and maintain credit files. Request and review documents related to securing collateral position and resolve exception items. Schedule loan closings, review documents with borrower, obtain signatures and disburse loan proceeds. Perform data entry functions on Core system to include financial transactions, setting up new borrower records, updating existing records and input of data for tickler and tracking systems. Respond to routine loan and deposit customer service requests and elevating issues when necessary. Assist in the training of new Loan Assistants. Perform loan receptionist duties when requested.
Loan Admin Assistant III: In addition to the above duties this position will develop loan authorization to include narrative, financial analysis and risk analysis.

Qualifications:
Loan Admin Assistant II: High school diploma or GED and two years of general office, customer service or financial institution experience to include one year of Loan Assistant responsibilities
Loan Admin Assistant III: Two years post-secondary education. Equivalent years of related work experience may be substituted for post-secondary education. Four years of general office, customer service or financial institution experience to include two years of Loan Assistant II responsibilities

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
